Bonjour! I am Madame Noélie. I lead French club after school at St Ebbe’s where I work as a teaching assistant. I am a native French speaker and I have run the club for the past 3 years.
French Club is a fun and engaging club where children will learn French in small groups through games, activities, role play and songs.
The curriculum covers topics such as “all about me”, “my family and my pet”, “counting and telling the time”, “seasons, weather and days of the week”, “food and drinks”, “our hobbies” and so much more. We also discover French traditions and cultural facts.
Children will be encouraged to speak throughout the lessons. No previous experience is needed as children have a natural ability to hear the sounds in other languages. Their curious mind and innate ability to absorb new information enable them to learn a new foreign language quickly from a young age.
Booking is essential as numbers are limited in order to keep the groups small. Priority will go to the children already attending the club from one term to the next. To enquire or secure a place contact Noélie firstname.lastname@example.org or book on Arbor under the tab “Club – French”.

Stationery: All stationery is supplied. Children will have their own French club notebook which they will bring every week.
Fee: The club is booked on a whole term basis. You can choose to pay by card or Childcare vouchers on Arbor.
