Parent Partnership

We encourage parents to get involved and this can be through helping in your child’s class, or help for a curriculum visits.  If you wish to undertake regular volunteering, you will need to undergo safer recruitment checks, safeguarding training and will receive a full induction. Please speak to your class teacher for more information.

We have an active parent association called SESA (St Ebbe’s School Association) that organises fundraising and social events.  To get involved please contact

We have lots of school events involving parents and for parents throughout the year.  Dates are added to the website google calendar and shared in the weekly newsletter.

I am available at the front gate most mornings from 8.40-9.00 a.m. for any general queries and by appointment with the school office. I strongly encourage parents and carers to bring any questions or concerns straight to our attention either through conversation or via the office email Your child’s class teacher is the first point of contact, however if you prefer to speak directly to me, please do so. All feedback, either positive or constructive, helps us to improve our school.

We send out a weekly newsletter on Friday containing important information and dates and news.  This is sent out using Parent Mail. Please let us know if you do not receive communication from Parent Mail so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. The newsletter will also be available on our website. If you would prefer a paper copy, we will happily provide you with one.

We hold parent-teacher consultations in November and March and reports are sent home at the end of the school year. If you would like information about your child’s progress at other points of the year, or would like to see their books, please do ask the class teacher.

We send out as many dates as we can in advance on paper and via Parent Mail. All of these dates are also on our school calendar on the website If you spot any errors please let us know!
