Admissions
The Admissions committee is responsible for agreeing the school’s Admissions Policy and allocating places at the school in accordance with it.
Curriculum & Standards
The Curriculum & Standards committee is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the curriculum and monitoring pupil progress and attainment. Staff regularly report to the committee on assessment outcomes, focussing on pupil progress and attainment in each year and in specific groups. The committee members evaluate the effectiveness of measures put in place to support pupils achieve well, with the overarching aim of raising standards across the curriculum.
Finance, Personnel and Welfare
The Finance, Personnel and Welfare committee is responsible for monitoring the school budget, ensuring appropriate levels of financial control and keeping the Governing Body informed about school funding arrangements. They advise on the school’s staffing structure, draft pay policies and monitor staff development and arrangements for staff appraisal and performance management.
Foundation
The Foundation committee oversees arrangements and reviews policies for Collective Worship and the teaching of RE. It supports the school to prepare for a SIAMS* inspection and ensures that all school policies and procedures are consistent with the school’s Church School status. The committee also works with the Diocese of Oxford on admissions, building projects and the appointment of a Head and has a responsibility to give pastoral support to the Head and promote the well-being of staff and pupils

Premises
The Premises Committee is responsible for the school’s premises and grounds, health and safety and security.
