Breakfast Club (BFC)
Welcome to Breakfast Club!
At St Ebbes we offer Breakfast Club daily, starting at 7.45am until 8.40am and provide a safe and stimulating environment for children before the start of a school day. It is designed to provide wraparound care for our working parents.
Please note that children attending Breakfast Club should arrive before 8:25am.
Children are provided with a healthy and nutritious breakfast including cereal, wholemeal toast, and selection of fruits and juices. A range of activities such as arts & crafts and outdoor games are available every day, with the aim of ensuring that everyone is awake and ready for the day ahead.
Breakfast Club is staffed by our own Teaching Assistants. The cost is £4.20 per day for one child, £3.20 per day for additional siblings. This can be paid through Arbor or by cash to the office.
Once we have received a completed BFC Registration and Booking Request Form, your child will be added to the BFC list. This will enable you to make future regular and one-off bookings for BFC. Bookings can all be made through your child’s Arbor account. Follow the links for clubs.

After School Club (ASC)
Hello and Welcome to our After School Club! My Name is Tanya and I am the ASC Manager for St Ebbe’s.
St Ebbe’s After School Club is designed to provide wraparound care provision for our working parents. After School Club runs from 3pm – 6pm daily and has large indoor and outdoor spaces in which we can cater for all your children’s needs and interests.
My team and I are here to ensure your children have an amazing experience, learn new skills and are encouraged to make new friends. This is in alignment with our core values: Curiosity, Courage and Connection with a focus on personal thriving through creative play and connection with other children.
Our team mostly consists of Teaching Assistants, some of whom you may already be familiar with. We believe this provides children with the best possible wraparound care, as our staff will already be familiar with the children’s needs and interests. Equally, children will feel comforted that they have familiar faces at After School Club and this helps them to settle in quickly.
Children are offered nutritious and healthy snacks and refreshments throughout their sessions. We change the snack menu termly to allow children to explore new and exciting foods. Children are given a choice of crackers, pasta, fajitas, jacket potatoes as well as fruit and vegetables. Milk, juice and water are available daily.
We are always looking for new and exciting ways to entertain our children and have the best experience whilst in our care. Some of these activities include:
- Arts & Crafts: Paper Mache Volcanos, Blow Painting, Junk Modelling, Graffiti Art
- Sports/ Games: Team Building Games, Football, Basketball, Badminton, Tennis.
- Science: Science Experiments such as volcanic eruptions, Lava, Rainbow Milk.
- Cooking: Offering a choice of healthy cooking and making desserts is a favourite!
- Free Play: Lego, Colouring/drawing/ reading, Board games and much more.
Once we have received a completed ASC Registration and Booking Request Form, your child will be added to the ASC list. This will enable you to make future regular and one-off bookings for ASC. One-off bookings can be made through your child’s Arbor account. Follow the links for clubs.
